Purchasing an individual subscription

In-App Subscription Purchase Workflow (iOS & Android)

  1. Open the Active911 app on your iOS (iPhones and iPads) or Android device
  2. Navigate to the in-app settings menu
  3. Select the "Buy Now" button at the top of the screen
  4. An internet browser will open on the device, display a screen asking to confirm or update the email address associated with the device
  5. After confirming or updating the email address associated with the device, a new screen asking for the billing information of the user will appear
  6. After confirming the billing information of the user, a screen asking for card (debit or credit) information will appear
  7. After successfully completing the payment, the user should receive a receipt via email, and the in-app "Buy Now" banner should disappear.
