Login at active911.com
Administrators have access to edit and manage the department's account using their account at active911.com. Normal users have the ability to view their device's information using their account at active911.com.
Login at active911.com
To login, go to active911.com, and click the "Login" link near the top of the screen. Enter your login credentials (email and password), and click the "Login" button. If you don't know your login credentials, use the password reset process outlined in the section below.

Password Reset
If you have never logged in, or do not know your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link at the bottom of the "Login" screen. You will be presented with the option to enter either your phone number or email. If the information you enter matches an account in our system, a password reset email will be sent to the email address affiliated with your account in Active911. If you do not receive the email, please check your Junk or Spam folders. If you never receive the password reset email, please contact the Active911 support team.
Keep Me Logged In
If you use the same device to login to your account every time, select the "Keep me logged in" box. This will automatically bring up your login each time you go to the Member Access section of Active911.com. You can always undo this by logging out when you are done.
