I have a free-limited account. What does that mean?

If you see a message like this at the top of your screen:

You have a free-limited account. Free-limited accounts have less features than paid accounts. For example, you cannot page more than five devices. They are also unsupported. SMS, Webview, and voice paging do not work.

  • To convert to a paid account, click the Fix this now button.

If you convert to a paid account, you will need to purchase a subscription (or have your users purchase subscriptions) for all devices on your account. To learn more about the various account levels, please see Account levels and Pricing.
